CUSTOMER SERVICE
Q: How do I contact when I have questions about my web site or my network that you installed and designed?

A: Once you have established an account for wither network design/maintenance or web site design/maintenance you will be assigned a representative that will assist you with all your customer service needs. This can be done via telephone or E-mail.

SALES
Q: Why are there no prices for the services you offer?

A: It is almost impossible to quote pricing for web site design and/or network design and installation, there are far too many variables. However if you are interested in our services we would be delighted to provide you with a price quote based on your needs.

Q: Does the $0 down plan apply to network installation as well?
 

A: No, the $0 down plan only applies to clients that do not wish to incur high upfront cost for their web sites, this plan also provides for hassle free updates of the web site and it’s maintenance.

Q: What is the site for $499, and what does it include?

A: The $499 web site is a professionally custom 5 page web site, a home page and 4 supporting pages with full navigation.

 

SUPPORT
Q: How do I contact when I have questions about my web site or my network that you installed and designed?

A: Once you have established an account for wither network design/maintenance or web site design/maintenance you will be assigned a support professional that will assist you with all your support needs. This can be done via telephone or E-mail.

BILLING
Q: How do you bill for your services?

A: The method and frequency of billing varies with the type of services you subscribed to.
all hardware/software purchases are billed as 50% advance and the remaining 50% is on a net 10 after you recieve your products.

Monthly service contracts are billed monthly.
Pay as you contracts are billed net 10 from the day the service was rendered.
Monthly Web Site design contracts are billed monthly and payable on the 1st of each month.

PRODUCT / SERVICE SPECIFIC
Q: What hardware and software do you use in your networks?

A: That would depend on the needs of the client, however in all cases we use top quality branded hardware and software.

Q: After you design our web site can we do the updates?

A: Yes, there are many third party applications that will allow you to edit and update your web site, they vary from simple text modification to complex page creation and deletion.
